& Fitness Enthusiast

BACKGROUND

Motherhood has always been my main focus, and I’m proud to have three wonderful children. In 2017, I experienced the devastating loss of my mum—my best friend—which left a deep void. Grief affected my ability to show up as the mother I wanted to be, and in caring for my kids, I neglected my own health.

In 2023, I realised something had to change. I joined The Real Body Movement, and from the moment I walked in, I knew I’d made the right decision. At the time, I was overweight and hadn’t stepped foot in a gym since my 20s. But the community, the coaches, and the connection I felt changed everything.

I fell in love with training, and it quickly became a passion. Since joining RBM, I’ve lost 15kgs—but gained so much more: confidence, a stronger mindset, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

The support I received inspired me to grow and sparked a passion to help others do the same. In 2024, I completed my Cert IV in Fitness, and now I’m proud to guide others on their journey toward strength and better health.

I also work as a disability support worker, and helping people has always been close to my heart. Combining that with fitness allows me to make a real impact. I love to laugh—life’s too short to take too seriously.

PHILOSOPHY

“There’s no such thing as failure—only opportunities to learn and grow. The only true failure is giving up.”

WHEN I GROW UP I WANT TO BE

“chasing adventures with my family and laughing along the way.”
