BACKGROUND

As a mum of four, I know firsthand that life’s journey is often one of resilience and transformation. My own path has been shaped not just by my love of health and movement but also by challenges that have tested my strength and resolve—like overcoming a shoulder injury that could have been a roadblock but instead became a powerful lesson in patience, determination, and healing.

This experience has deepened my passion for helping others move better and feel better. I understand that every body has its unique story, and I believe that movement is a universal language of hope, strength, and self-discovery.

Whether it's guiding someone to rebuild their strength, navigate an injury, or simply find joy in moving, my mission is to empower people to embrace their full potential.

I aim to inspire others to see challenges not as obstacles but as opportunities to grow—to rediscover their vitality, reclaim their strength, and create lives that are healthier and more fulfilling. Because when we move better, we truly do feel better, inside and out.

I joined The Real Body Movement as a member in early 2022 and loved the community so much that I undertook and completed the Cert IV in Fitness in 2024. Becoming a personal trainer allows me to share my journey with others (including the past 12 months of perimenopause symptoms that were NEXT LEVEL and training throughout this journey), helping them uncover their own strength, confidence, and joy through fitness. It's been incredibly rewarding to turn something I love into a way to inspire and uplift others.
