From our Flow Practice Membership (two sessions per week) through to unlimited classes, Semi-Private Personal Training and one-on-one coaching, we offer flexible options to support every stage of your training journey.
If you’re new to training or prefer a more private environment, our Strength Lab offers Semi-Private Personal Training in a dedicated space with only four people per session.
Train across our three purpose-built studio spaces with expert coaching and an easy-to-use booking app designed to keep you consistent.
Flow Practice Membership
$49 per week
Two sessions per week in our 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨, including:
Pilates Mat • Animal Flow Ready • Animal Flow Beginner • Animal Flow Advanced • Yoga (Yin, Yang & Strong Yoga)
This membership is perfect for those who train at home or at another gym and want to build strength through range of motion — improving mobility, core strength, balance, and nervous system down-regulation.
If tight hips, stiff shoulders, or poor balance are holding you back — or you struggle to touch your toes, get a bar overhead, or move freely in your training — these sessions rebuild strength where your body needs it most. 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰: a more mobile body is a stronger body. Animal Flow is ground-based movement made fun, challenging, and effective. The system improves strength, power, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and is suitable for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

Train as often as you like with access to 40+ classes per week, across both our 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 and 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨, 7 days a week.
Combine multiple sessions in a day to create a well-rounded training routine including:
Strength Training • Conditioning • Bodyweight Training • Animal Flow • Pilates • Yoga • Handstands • Restorative Sessions
This membership gives you complete training in one place — build strength with weights, master your bodyweight, improve mobility and balance, and elevate your conditioning.
Our programming also supports HYROX (we are a Hyrox Official Training Club) and Spartan-style training, with Monday, Friday and Saturday sessions particularly suited to this style of preparation.
If you want variety, expert coaching, and a body that’s strong, mobile and capable — this membership delivers it.
Once you join, our team can help you map out a weekly training schedule to suit your goals, lifestyle and experience level.
Experience personal training in a small group of up to four people, delivering the coaching, structure and results of one-on-one PT in a more accessible format. 47 sessions per week to choose from with 9am & 9.45am Mon to Fri & 8.15am Thursdays with creche.
Every member begins with a one-on-one Prehab Assessment with a rehab-trained coach. From this, we create a fully customised movement preparation system designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and build strength safely.
Your training is then guided through a structured programming system incorporating progressive overload and multi-planar movement to ensure your body becomes stronger, more capable, and more resilient over time.
This approach has helped everyone from people recovering from injuries or long-term pain to athletes preparing for competition.
No one is left behind — each person follows their own program within the session while benefiting from the energy and support of a small group environment.
It’s the bridge between group training and one-on-one personal training — delivering world-class coaching with a more accessible investment.
Members can choose from:
• Semi-Private PT Only (minimum two sessions per week)
• Semi-Private PT + Unlimited Classes (1, 2 or 3 PT sessions per week)
The more PT sessions you include, the greater the value on your class access.
