With a maximum of 4 people per session, Semi-Private PT gives you the structure and support of personal training, without the full 1:1 price.

The process (how it works)

𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗯 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Your journey starts with a 1:1 session with a RehabFX Certified coach, a certification to bridge the gap between physiotherapy and personal training taught and created by a physiotherapist.

We assess:

👉🏽 Injury history

This allows us to build a program that works with your body — not against it.
