The Real Body Movement Studio has our main entrance on Tozer Street and for rehab clients a level ground rear entrance off Glanmire St, Gympie, Queensland.

The studio is open Monday to Friday 5am to 7pm | Saturday 6am to 10am | Sunday 3pm to 5pm

Fully EquipPed Gym

The Real Body Movement Studio offers a fully equiped gym.

Premium Personal Training

Take your training to the next level with our One-on-One Personal Training service.

  • 60 mins of 100% guidance on technique and movement with a Coach of your choice
  • These sessions can be specialised sessions in boxing, animal flow and functional training such as kettlebell training and traditional barbells and bar / calisthenics work.
  • Customised program to suit your body
  • Initial Prehab Assessment
  • Specialised programs that work on correcting movement dysfunctions
  • Private Facebook Group Access
  • Coaches qualified in rehabilitation, official Animal Flow qualifications, boxing and the 5 pillars of functional training: suspension training, mobility, kettlebells, powerbags, and battling ropes, there’s loads of variety.

Semi-Private Training

Personal Training, Goal Setting and regular fitness and strength testing at half the price of 1-1 personal training.

It’s Customised Personal Training in a Small Group Session where you don’t need to depend on a training buddy to make the session. We set up the session for you, you simply book via the online booking system.

  • 45 min session shared with up to 4 other people (you don’t need to know anyone or depend on a friend to come)
  • Customised program to suit your body
  • One-on-One Initial prehab Assessment to ensure program works on correcting movement patterns and postural alignment.

habit-based nutrition coaching

With the guidance from your Coaches plus an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Coach you are helped conquer poor nutrition and lifestyle habits to help you achieve your results.


Our Habit-Based Nutrition Coaching is done in 6 week blocks and is based on proven results from the coaches’ own personal experience in living a healthy lifestyle that was created by changing old habits to new healthier habits. You’ll get access to a private Facebook group for support, ideas, and recipes along with alignment calls and 1-1 meetings with coaches plus a 3 hour workshop.

It’s an accountability program with proven results that will get you on track with nutrition changing your food habits for life – not a short term fix.


We understand that family is important and we are realists – we know that it’s not always easy to get time away to focus on yourself. That’s why we offer an onsite child minding service during certain team training class times. It’s the best way we can remove a barrier that often stops people from being able to train.

Setting a great example for your kids and making sure your health is the best it can be is the best way you can be a positive role model in their lives. Kids are always welcome at the Real Body Movement.

  • Affordable – $2 per child
  • All staff have Blue Cards
  • 10 Visit Passes are Available.

There is a chalk board so expect them to have some messy fun. Bookings essential.
